This is frustrating: Serie A side rejects another Chelsea bid for defender

Three things are certain in life. Death, taxes, and seeing a Chelsea bid for a talented defender being rejected by another club. Chelsea had initially bid 25 million Euros for Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli, but that was turned down. Now Chelsea have had a second bid too rejected.

Yesterday we had informed that Chelsea were preparing another bid and were ready to come back with a more lucrative offer for the Italian giants. And, as expected, Chelsea had made a bigger offer last night, of 35 million Euros, with 5 million Euros in bonuses. But, again, the Italians have rejected the offer straight down.

Moreover, Milan have made an official statement on their website. The statement read:
