We all know how Mourinho loves to troll the opposition managers and players or just about anyone who stands in his way. Be it, Arsene Wenger or Rafa Benitez, we have seen some amazing trolling over the years from “the special one”.
This time, though, it ain’t the Portuguese, but an Irish who seems to have taken over the reigns from Mourinho. I am talking about the seven-time Premier League winner, Roy Keane!
Talking to the Irish press, when Roy Keane was asked about Arsenal’s chances of winning the Premier League this season, his reply was gold:
“Arsenal have some really good players – some good characters who roll their sleeves up.
“But they also have one or two players who are more interested in selfies and six-packs, guys who are trying to get their pictures taken every day of the week.
“Listen, every year we hear the same thing about Arsenal being contenders. Instead of focusing on the Premier League, it’s all about how their bodies look, how their hair is, more so than winning football matches.”
Hahaha! That comment would even bring a smile on Mourinho’s face! Seriously, these guys are talked about as title contenders every year, but it doesn’t mean they would actually win it anyway! I would be honest here, that comment has already made me a fan of Roy Keane. But wait! That’s not it! The Irish man dismissed Liverpool altogether (LOL) while he had the following to say for Manchester United:
“I think they’ll (Man United) do well. I think they’ve bought some good players, but good players don’t necessarily make a good team. United will no doubt be better next year, they’ll need to be stronger out of the blocks, but if I was a betting man, which I’m not, I’d still go with Chelsea.
“I don’t think the spine of United [is good enough], I still think they need a centre half maybe. I don’t think United have enough about them; Liverpool certainly haven’t.”

Hehehe! Reality stings Brendan! As for United, well, Roy is right. The Red Devils certainly don’t have enough quality at the back to win the title, just yet! Maybe next year we would worry about them. Right now, it’s Manchester City I am worried about! But, then again, they have Manuel Pellegrini as their manager…
