Kurt Zouma had some sensible things to say after our loss at Wembley yesterday.
The defender came on as a substitute to Cesar Azpilicueta who had a rare bad day at the office, for the final 20 minutes. Speaking about our loss and if it’s gonna have any impact on our season, here’s what the Frenchman had to say:
“There’s no impact for the season, they won and we were unlucky. Congratulations to them. We are happy to play a game in the Premier League. We lost the community shield, we were unlucky, but we have to think about [the league].
“Every team can be a champion we want to be a champion, we have to defend our title. We have a good squad and a good team. Mentally we are ready for that.”

The tabloids and Social networking sites are already flooded with our “horrible” and “end of the world” loss to Arsenal. Some Arsenal players have even come out to speak about how much this win means to them and their campaign.
I guess, winning a treble does that to ya!
Frankly, I can’t wait for the Premier League to kick-off. Sure, the Gunners are strong than ever and are a real title contender, but their consistency and mentality in the big game still remains to be seen.
