Chelsea Football Club continues to send promising youngsters on loan and the next name on the list is the young Serbian Danilo Pantic.
Yes, you guessed it right! The loan destination is inevitably Vitesse Arnhem where the Serbian will join the fellow Blues Izzy Brown, Nathan Allen and Lewis Baker.
According to the dutch tabloid football oranje:
“The 18-year-old only completed his move from Partizan Belgrade to Chelsea on Monday, but was immediately loaned to Vitesse. The midfielder has joined up with the rest of the Vitesse squad at their training camp in Austria. Pantic made his Partizan Belgrade debut aged 16, and went on to appear 17 more times in the Serbian league. He also has 12 caps for the Serbian U-19 side.”
We were linked to the Serbian midfielder for the better part of this January, but according to the reports, Pantic signed the contract with the Blues on Monday before being loaned to our second home.
With four Chelsea players plying their trades at Eredivisie, it would be fun to watch Vitesse this season. We wish Danilo Pantic all the best for his future and hopes he impresses enough to get a shot at the first team some day. We will surely keep an eye on him!
