Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Ramires and Didier Drogba have both been ruled out of Chelsea’s clash with Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday due to injury problems.
Ramires is still recovering from the groin injury that ruled him out of last weekend’s game against Aston Villa, while Drogba has an ankle problem.
Drogba may not be the force he once was at 36, but he has relished playing Arsenal throughout his career. The striker has scored 15 goals in 15 appearances against the Gunners, and Arsenal will be relieved they won’t have to face him on Sunday.
