It was again time for an amazing Champions League night yesterday full of excitement, passion and football. It got even better when Chelsea thrashed NK Maribor 6-0 at home.
And Stamford Bridge witnessed what Chelsea fans had been waiting for since the first day of the season – King Drogba’s first goal after his return, although it came through a penalty. Also, it was proved that old guns of Chelsea still have what it takes to be great players as Petr Cech kept a clean sheet and John Terry, marking his 501st appearance as captain, scored for the Blues.
