Chelsea are interested in signing young Romanian starlet Cristian Manea from Viitorul Constanta in January in a transfer fee around £2.3m. (According to Dolce Sport)
Manea, 17, will sign a long-term contract at Stamford Bridge and is expected to be immediately loaned out to either Dutch side Vitesse or Spanish outfit Mallorca for regular first team football.
Manea has already represented Romania at the International level becoming the youngest player ever capped by the senior team having impressed with his club Viitorul.
Chelsea have released veteran left back Ashley cole last summer and have bought another young french defender Kurt Zouma from Saint-Étienne.
Jose Mourinho is looking to make the squad for the future that ‘ll dominate domestic and European football in next decades. Chelsea has also got some young defenders in their ranks likes of Tomas Kalas and Wallace.
